Thanks for
contacting us.
We appreciate
your being forthcoming in your
wanting to handle this
situation.
How would you
like to handle it? Your voice
mail stated that that we are
confused. We are not confused at
all.
We of course have
been watching your online
presence for quite some time to
see just how much of our
business models, ideas, effort
and codes you would brazenly
take and of course to establish
the necessary information needed
to back our case regarding our
reference to you and
identifying you as an internet
copycat.
We are very
familiar with those terms and
they were discussed at length as
we developed our project plan.
We are very confident we are on
stable legal ground – we are not
going to take this any further
at this time other than what you
see.
We do have as
stated an action plan that we
are ready to launch if need be.
You have asked in
your numerous VM's (voice
mails) about our intentions.
Our intentions are clear and we
have the support of many web
architects and online
professionals in our project to
establish a forum to steer
internet law. As you follow our
project you will see how it
unfolds. There are many people
who fall under your heading you
are not alone – you are just the
first we decided to expose. We
will release more and more
information to substantiate the
definition of an “Internet
copycat”.
As the motto goes
"imitation is the best form of
flattery", however, in some
instances it’s just not
acceptable.
Thanks for
noticing all we have worked so
hard to accomplish. We have
only just begun – our action
plan is detailed and as you know
we are very thorough. - Thank
you

The validity
of your accusations is
wearing thin. If there were
any truth in what you write
I would have expected to
hear from your legal aide,
Yet I have not.
I kind of
expected a little more from
someone with a reputation
like yours. I left several
messages but not 1 return
phone call. Instead, like
some kind of childish game
you post my emails on line.
I made several attempts to
hear what you thought I had
copied from you, I then had
the opportunity to browse
your scripts & HTML… Nope,
nothing original there.
Your ideas?
What would
that be? Posting a bunch of
club flyers on a page that
is already difficult to
navigate?
The photos
you stole of me from my site
are like all the other
photos you call original or
that “someone emailed” them
to you. You should analyze
the parody of your
accusations before you
begin to point fingers.
When you are
ready to communicate like an
adult you can phone me, or
hire a mediator if I
intimidate you.
Thanks for
noticing all the hard work
WE have put into building
our website and taking
notice of OUR project.
I am casually
awaiting your “Action Plan”
should I expect to see it
written in crayon?
-Joe
